Day 1: Arrive – Kathmandu; Day 2: Kathmandu; Day 3: Kathmandu – Lukla (flight) – trek to Pakadin 2610 m; Day 4: Namchi Bazar 3420m (trek); Day 5: Namchi Bazar(trek); Day 6: Namchi Bazar – Thyangboche 3860m (trek); Day 7: Thyangboche – Periche 4240 (trek); Day 8: Periche; Day 9: Periche - Lobuche 4930m (trek); Day 10: Locucher – Gorak shep 5160m (trek); Day 11: Gorak shep – Kala Pattar 5545m - Everest base camp - Dingboche 4360m (trek); Day 12: Dingboche - Thyangboche (trek); Day 13: Thyangboche – Namchi Bazar (trek); Day 14: Namchi Bazar - Lukla (end of the trek); Day 15: Lukla - Kathmandu (flight);
Day 16: Kathmandu; Day 17: Kathmandu – back home

The Sagarmata or Everest Base Camp Trek takes one to the foothills of the mightiest of the mountains in the world. Enroute, traverse through rhododendron and pine forests, rivers, Sherpa villages and Buddhist Monasteries from temperate to snow line regions. The Himalayas are best seen on this trek as one traces the main route through the Khumbu region from the Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar. Trekkers get a close view of the world's greatest mountains, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Tawache and others.
