The mode of payment & Cancellation Policy


To book a tour with us you are requested to pay 25% of your tour cost, & the balance amount has to be paid one month prior to your departure.
There are two ways to pay us: 1. By Bank transfer 2.By credit card (Master & Visa only)
  1. By swift transfer (from Bank to Bank). Please find our two bank references; you can transfer to any of these as per your convenience.
     (Note the IBAN does not exit in India.)

2. By Credit Card: For payment by credit card you have to add 3% on your tour amount which is charged by our bank. The advantage of paying by credit card (only if you have gold or higher categories card) is that you will be insured by your credit card company so you do not have to take any additional insurance for the tour. Please check with Credit Card Company for full details.

Since some of Indian banks have experienced the misused of the credit card by unauthorized persons. Hence for your own security, when you do the payment by your credit card from distance (without your presence) the banks ask for the following documents.

Cancellation policy

You will be subject to a cancellation fee for the tours booked, paid for & later cancelled as follow

Cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival date in India:
100 Euros as handling charges & rest will be transfer back to your bank.
Cancellation made 29 to 21 days prior to arrival: 
25 % of the tour cost.
Cancellation made 20 to 14 days prior to arrival: 
50% of the tour cost.
Cancellation made 13 to 07 days prior to arrival:
75% of the tour cost.
Cancellation made  less than 07 days 
100% of the tour cost
